What is a reseller network?
There are several advantages to becoming a reseller for AOT’s courses such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course. Most importantly, it is a quality product that gives students a head start on gaining employment in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- The OLGR RSA is a mandatory course for anyone who wants to work in any of the thousands of premises in Queensland where alcohol is sold or served.
- We provide the marketing materials to assist in selling the course both on your website and the PDF for print version.
- The course provides a commission of up to 25% which is $21.25 for every enrolment

What does it cost to sign up?
It costs nothing to join the AOT reseller system.
What are you selling?
The online RSA is the only product available through the AOT reseller system at present. However, AOT also offers a wide range of online courses in administration, business, computing, customer service, education, finance, hospitality, IT and management. Once we establish the selling process for you for the RSA we will introduce you to other course options. For a list of courses available please see our course list.
Who can join the reseller system?
We welcome resellers from around the world, but we are assessing all applications before accepting them. We will not accept resellers with a reputation for incorrect practices.
How does the reseller system work?
Once you sign up as a reseller for the RSA through the reseller sign-up page, we will send you a login name and password. With that login and password, you will be able to access the RSA marketing materials, which you can use in their original form or modify to make them more useful to your clients.
You will be given access to banner advertisements and buttons which you can place on your web site, as well as downloadable course brochures. The banner advertisements and buttons will link to the RSA webpage where customers can enrol. We will be able to track students coming from your web site, so you will receive commission for any students that sign up directly for the RSA after being directed from your site.
When you sign up a student for an online RSA course, we will tag that student with your ID, and your account will be credited with the commission relating to that student.
What are my responsibilities as a reseller?
As a reseller, your responsibility is simply to simply create and place links on your site. We handle everything else.
What is provided for participating Resellers?
We will do everything we can to assist you to sell the RSA.
- We will provide ready-made marketing materials for you to use on your web site or in printed form.
- We will provide marketing materials that you can adapt yourself.
- We will take care of all billing and commissions.
- In future, we hope to be expanding our range of online courses.
What do you do with my personal details?
Your personal details are kept secure. We do not harvest or sell your e-mail address or other personal details.
How do I make use of the marketing materials?
Once you are registered and logged in to the AOT reseller site, you are welcome to download the course brochures directly from the reseller site. They are available as Acrobat .pdf files. You can also link your web site directly to ours.
How do I create links on my web site?
Once you are registered and logged in to the AOT reseller site, you can browse and access the banner links and buttons. To create links on your web site, you can copy and paste these banners and buttons directly onto your web site. Our tracking software will be able to tell when students have linked to our site from yours, and if they sign up for a course directly with us you will still receive a commission. We will even be able to track ‘your’ students if they leave the site and come back later
How much can I earn?
It is impossible to say how much commission it is possible to earn through the AOT reseller system. We will provide up to 25% commission (AUD $21.25) for every online RSA course sold.
How do I monitor my commissions?
Monitoring your commissions is easy. Simply log in to our reseller site using your login username and password, and you will be able to track your commissions by date, or by student.
What do you do with my personal details?
Your personal details are kept secure. We do not harvest or sell your e-mail address or other personal details.
How do you keep track of my students?
Before students have signed up for the course, we keep track of them with cookies, widely used internet tracking files. Once they have signed up for the course, their student file will be tagged with your reseller number and linked to your account.
What happens if a student decides to do a second course?
If a student completes a RSA and decides to continue their education with AOT in any other course, AOT will pay you a commission for the course however the commission may vary on the course as our full qualifications require trainer support which means commission will be different to the RSA.
Can I have multiple agents listed under one reseller?
Yes. If you have several education agents working for one agency, they can be listed as one reseller. Commission for several agents can be paid to the one account, even if the agency operates several web sites and offices in different cities.
