Completing these 3 units from the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) will ensure your qualifications meet industry standards for assessors. PathwayThese units from TAE10 Training and Education Training Package, when used with relevant vocational competencies, meet industry requirements for assessors. On completion of this short course you will receive a statement of attainment for partial completion of the full TAE40110 qualification. The TAE40110 CIV in Training and Assessment qualification is composed of 10 units in total (7 core and 3 elective units). This short course contains 3 of the core units required for the full TAE40110 qualification. Core Units of studyYou are required to complete 3 units of study for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) - Assessor Skill Set Participate in assessment validation (TAEASS403B) Participate in an assessment validation process. Assess competence (TAEASS402B) Assess the competence of a candidate. Plan assessment activities and processes (TAEASS401B) Plan and organise the assessment process, including recognition of prior learning (RPL), in a competency – based assessment system.
