The Beginners Guide to the Internet will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to get to grips with the internet and emails. You will also gain essential skills in producing word- processed documents from your computer.

- Select a search engine
- Review rules of online etiquette
- Open an email application and create new message
- Add addressee to email message
- Attach file to email
- Send email
BSBCMN213A Produce simple word- processed documents
- Analysis and understand document target audience
- Use different font styles and sizes
- Create document design and layouts
- Make changes and print documents
- Save documents
Upon successful completion
Students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment .This short course contains required units from the Certificate II in Business (BSB20101) qualification (Outcomes focus on Computer Skills).
