ASIC Regualtions ASIC regulations state that anyone who provides financial product advice to retail clients MUST have at least completed RG 146 before they can do so. The intention of the Regulatory Guideline 146 Training of financial product advisers (RG 146) is to ensure all providers of financial product advice are suitably qualified.
