How to Enrol

1. Find your course that is right for you

Check our courses page and select the course you’d like to study. If you’re not sure what course to study, we are just a quick call or email away. Our course advisors are ready to assist you in choosing the right course. Simply click on the Live Chat icon now to talk to a course advisor.

2. Make the course payment

When you have selected the course you want to study, click on the purchase option button of your choice on the course page. For more information on course payment options, go to Money Matters.

You can make the course payment using a Visa Debit Card or credit card. If you wish to pay by BPay, EFT/bank transfer, cheque or Post billpay, please contact AOT and request an invoice – sales@aot.edu.au or call 1300 72 66 34. Please note, this is for upfront payment options only. Payment plans require a Visa Debit Card or credit card.

3. Complete your enrolment forms

Once we have received your course payment, we will email you your tax invoice and enrolment link (within 2 business days).

The enrolment process consists of: a pre-enrolment questionnaire, email verification, enrolment form, terms and conditions declaration and ID document upload.

Introduction and orientation to your course

Once we receive your completed enrolment forms, you will be sent your Welcome email and your sauceLMS login details to access your course.

A student support officer will contact you to offer a course induction that will personally take you through the sauceLMS and your course. They will show you how to navigate your way around the sauceLMS and take advantage of all the features.

Getting started is easy. We make sure you have all the tools, support, and assistance you need from start to finish.
