Position:
Sales Consultant/Course Advisor (Course information, Sales, Administration, Support and Customer Service).

Hours:
This is a full-time position based on 38 hours per week Mon-Fri. Hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.1 hour lunch, may require flexible work hours. Location is in Cairns.

Remuneration:
You will be offered a base salary of $35,000 and a commission system that could enable you to earn in excess of $50,000 per year. Plus superannuation, holiday pay and sick leave. Accredited Online Training supports equal opportunity and provides professional development for all staff.

As a Retail Sales Consultant/Course Advisor, you will:

  • Work within a team to achieve targets.
  • Provide first class customer service from enquiry to closing the sale and following up
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to students, trainers and management;
  • Maintain student records and prospect/leads database;
  • Assist in marketing activities when required.
  • Be given product training and ongoing sales training

Key Qualifications and Specifications:

  • Demonstrated high level of friendly customer service;
  • High level of self motivation;
  • Advanced proven computer skills and experience with a range of software packages especially MS Office and Outlook;
  • Have excellent phone skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong ability to adopt new skills;
  • Be a Good team player;
  • Be Flexible and open-minded to new challenges and career driven;
  • Have a desire to progress in the role and manage increased responsibility over time;
  • Sales and administrative experience is an advantage.
