Elearning – Manage Projects

Manage Projects will provide you with the tools for more effective project management. The course addresses the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage a straightforward project or a section of a larger project.

What will you achieve from this course?

On completion it is expected that you will be able to apply project management course skills to develop a project plan, administer and monitor a project, to meet time lines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other requirements set for the project as well as finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learnt for application to future projects.

These key areas of learning address the fundamental principles of project management based around the nine knowledge areas as defined in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®Guide).

The manage project course will position you to further your studies in project management and gain certification by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) as a Registered Project Manager (RPM) and to sit for the Project Management institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification.
