Elearning - Government Funded Training Supported by AOT

Accredited Online Training (AOT) has created a website www.yourfreelearning.com that is dedicated to Government funded training programs that are supported by AOT.

What types of Government funded training programs are available?

The New Enterprise Incentive Scheme - Productivity Places Program (NEIS-PPP) is funded by the Australian Government which was created to provide free training places for unemployed people who want to start up and operate a viable business. NEIS provides you with training in small business management and business skills. 

If you are unemployed, and have a good business idea, then NEIS may be able to assist you. The NEIS-PPP provides free training for unemployed people in the nationally recognised course-

• Certificate IV in Small Business Management (BSB40407)

Productivity Places Program (PPP) in WA:

Existing workers- The objective of this program is to fund training that will improve the skills of existing workers in industry areas that address identified skill shortages. Accredited Online Training has been allocated 43 training places for job seekers in the following courses:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (please apply for training places)
• Diploma of Project Management (please apply for training places)
• Diploma of Human Resources Management ( please apply for training places)
• Diploma of Business Administration (please apply for training places)
• Diploma of Management (Please apply for training places)

Job Seekers- The objective of the Job Seeker Training Program is to fund training that will build foundation skills and pathways for people into employment. Accredited Online Training has been allocated 30 training places for job seekers in the following courses:

• Diploma of Human Resources Management (0 training places available for PPP job seekers in WA)
• Diploma of Project Management (0 training places available for PPP job seekers in WA)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (0 training places available for PPP job seekers in WA)

 Parents returning to earning- this Victorian program provides support to parents to return to work after an absence caring for children. Grants of up to $1000 are available which can be used to cover any costs associated with training, such as books and materials, course fees, transport and childcare. All AOT courses are available through the Parents returning to earning program.

Help with the cost of your learning

You may be eligible for financial assistance from Centrelink. Applications for assistance are assessed by Centrelink, so you should contact your nearest office to discuss your eligibility. AOT Centrelink registration number is 4P727
