I had chosen to do my Diploma through AOT becuase it has an excellent reputation, it offers the flexibility to do assignments at your convenience, assignments are marked inless than 48 hours, and help is always just a phone call away.

After starting my course I've found the feedback I received from my trainer to continuously be constructive and encouraging; making the AOT correspondence learning process a much more positive experience than it could be. I've also learn through my 'Diploma in Human Resources journey' to be a lot more disciplined with my work too! "I’m glad I chose Accredited Online Training as the means to attain the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, in the first place you made it easy!

I was at first hesitant about not having teacher and classroom interaction as part of effective learning, however once I got started I found it wasn’t an issue. The site was easy to navigate and everything was in plain English, if I did have a problem the trainers that were available to call and were simply wonderful.

What I did find personally great, was that I could study at my own pace and anytime I wanted allowing me to finish quickly so I could go get a job!

"For the past 26 years I’ve been running the office for an engineering supply business, and although it more or less ran smoothly, I knew that it could be better organised, but I had no idea how to go about it.

My first thought was that at the age of 50 I was too old to try something like online learning. Add to that my lack of formal education (- I failed grade 10), I dismissed the whole idea.

Five months down the track I still agonise over sending in my answers, but I do it anyway. I have to say, this is the best thing I have done since getting married and raising our children.
