Student Support Centre

Our trainers come from a variety of backgrounds and are industry experts who have an extensive amount of experience. Each one will provide you with a wealth of knowledge to assist you with your learning. Our trainers are here to assist you with clarification on course content, assessments, or just how to manage your study time effectively.

Our Student Support Centre is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (AEST).

Learner Support Network

Sometimes you may not want to talk to a trainer, but just someone who’s going through the same process as you. Our courses have online student chat forums which allow you to get in touch with fellow students.

Submit assessments online

We want to make every aspect of your learning as convenient and helpful to you as possible, and this includes the review of your progress. Submitting your work for assessment is as easy as the click of a button, but before you make that final submission it is a good idea to test yourself on any weak points you may have.

Assessment Feedback

You will receive your assessment results within 48 hours of submitting them. Depending on your results an AOT trainer may provide you with constructive feedback that will benefit you and help you progress to the next level of your course.

Help with the cost of your learning

We offer interest- free monthly payment plans for all of our nationally recognised qualifications. Plus when you pay upfront for your course, you will receive a 10% discount.

You may be eligible for financial assistance from Centrelink. Applications for assistance are assessed by Centrelink, so you should contact your nearest office to discuss your eligibility.
