Traineeships benefit workers and employers

Every day in Australia over 1.5 million people go to work without the skills they need to do their jobs effectively.

Thanks to the Australian Government’s Traineeship Program employers can train their workers in the skills they need at no cost. For each employee that undertakes a traineeship, employers will receive up to $4,000 in financial incentives to fund their workplace training, while workers can boost their career prospects and earn an income all at the same time!

Traineeship Funded Diplomas

Already hold a qualification? Not a problem, in January 2010, the Australian Federal Government announced the release of funding incentives for a range of Diploma qualifications. This means that even if you already hold a qualification you may still be eligible to start a traineeship.
