Training/Education Manager

Accredited Online Training, is a registered training organization who specialise in creating and providing dynamic online training to clients worldwide.
The Training/Education Manager, based in Cairns, is a key leadership role reporting to the CEO. The main objectives of the position are:

1. Managing a team of trainers, several of who are internal staff plus a number of external contractors located throughout the country.
2. Managing the delivery of training courses from development through to delivery and evaluation. The development aspect will involve meeting with clients to discuss how courses are tailored to specific organisational needs.
3. Overseeing programme organisation and planning, including entry requirements, appropriate venues, materials and promotional materials.
4. Ensure the smooth day to day running of the RTO
5. Manage the large scope of qualifications
6. Be responsible for performance management
7. Ensure compliance with Government standards and regulations
8. Lead a dedicated and growing team of to deliver agreed business objectives
9. Continue to build the business by identifying and driving new opportunities

The successful candidate will:

1. Be an experienced manager who can motivate and lead a successful and professional team
2. Poses strong business and financial acumen
3. Have a high level understanding and knowledge of VET and AQTF
4. Have excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise and delegate to ensure outcomes are reached and goals are successfully achieved.
5. Be able to liaise with relevant industry and government stakeholders
6. Creating staff development plans which will enable staff to further their skills and knowledgebase
7. requirements and additions to scope
8. Manage monthly ongoing internal and external audits
