RSG - Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate How to provide responsible service of gambling and how to provide information and assistance to customers about problem gambling. Food Handling Certificate - SITXOHS002A (also known as Workplace Hygiene, Food Handlers, and Food Hygiene Certificate) On completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures (SITXOHS002A) as part of Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management (SIT60107). This course discusses hygiene procedures and how to report and identify any personal health issues that are likely to cause a hygiene risk. Moreover, this course will teach you how to prevent food and other item contamination and prevent cross contamination. Customer Service On completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for Customer Service Fundamentals and Communications. This course discusses the gathering, conveying and receiving information and ideas; and completing workplace documentation and correspondence and communicating in a way that responds positively to individual differences. AssessmentsAssessments will be at the end of each section of your course, you will need to complete a set of multiple choice assessments. 
Core Units of study | You are required to complete 4 units of study for the Ultimate Hospitality PackageProvide Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB009A) This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol and to satisfy the requirements for responsible sale and service of alcohol (RSA) under state or territory legislation. Provide Responsible Gambling Services (SITHGAM006A) This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services, and information to customers who require assistance with their problem gambling. The RSG program is recommended for all employees who are currently employed in, or intend to work in a gambling environment. Follow workplace hygiene procedures (SITXOHS002A) The course provides you the skills and knowledge required to apply good hygiene practices within a range of service industry operations. It requires the ability to follow predetermined procedures, identify and control simple hazards and take particular hygiene measures to ensure the no contamination of food and other items that might put customers, colleagues and self at a health risk. Customer Service This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to communicate in the workplace. It includes gathering, conveying and receiving information together with completing routine written correspondence. This unit will introduces you to methods and/or equipment used to communicate, collection of information to achieve work responsibilities. Communicate appropriate ideas and information to your audience/customers and learn to communicate in a way that responds positively to individual differences.
