Policies and Legislation

All policies, procedures and processes are reviewed by the AOT team on an annual basis. To ensure that we maintain our quality, through continuous improvement, we may also review and update these outside of the formal review cycle. Changes to our policies, procedures and processes are usually a result of:

  • changes in regulatory, statutory, or contractual obligations
  • results of internal quality assurance processes
  • feedback received from learners
  • feedback received from staff
