In this short course, you will learn how to develop, implement and review implementation of communication protocols, including processes for determining information needs, addressing communication challenges, providing mentoring and negotiating towards a positive final outcome.
You will also gain the skills and knowledge to successfully identify communication requirements, negotiate to achieve agreed outcome, participate in and lead meetings and make presentations.
