For many roles in business, it is important to ensure you have a basic understanding of spreadsheets. This course will teach you the skills and knowledge required to select and prepare resources, plan spreadsheet design, create spreadsheets, produce simple charts, and finalise spreadsheets. You will also learn to develop and present winning business proposals using the language, structure and format that best suit the needs and expectations of your target audience.
Throughout your business career, you will most likely work in a variety of workplaces where you will be expected to interact with diverse groups of individuals. Therefore, you must learn to interact productively with a range of people and work effectively with individual differences.
Successful completion of the three units of competency for this short course outlined below will earn you a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business.
