In this second stage, you will learn more about finances. Your first unit will cover topics such as implementing and reviewing financial management strategies, including the use of new and emerging digital technologies and interpreting financial reports and other numerical data.
As a small business owner or someone who aspires to start your own small business, being able to build strong connections is a priceless skill to have. In this course, you will learn to establish, develop and maintain effective work relationships and networks through relationship building and negotiation skills required by workers, who may be within an organisation or freelance or contract workers.
As a business owner or someone in a management position, you will have WHS responsibilities. This course will also cover implementing and monitoring WHS policies, procedures and programs in order to meet legislative requirements.
Successful completion of the three units of competency for this short course outlined below will earn you a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of the BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business.
