In this first stage, you will learn to demonstrate leadership in the workplace. You will gain the skills and knowledge required to lead teams and individuals by modelling high standards of conduct that reflect the organisation’s standards and values.
Making the transition from being a team member to a team leader requires you to have a strong influence on the work culture, values and ethics of the teams you supervise. As teams are required to work on projects, this course will teach you the skills and knowledge in effectively supervising and leading a team in achieving project goals.
In this course, you will learn to develop a project plan, administer and monitor the project, finalise, and then review the project. Whilst doing this, you will also need to plan, draft and finalise complex documents.
