To meet the business knowledge and experience requirements to be granted a South Australian Contractor’s licence (plumber, gas fitter, electrician), or a Security/Investigation Agent’s licence, you, a director of a body corporate, must meet one of several options.

Option 2 requires the completion of two approved units. We offer two choices:
Choice 1
- BSBSMB401 Establish legal and risk management requirements of small business
- BSBSMB421 Manage small business finances
Choice 2
- BSBSMB401 Establish legal and risk management requirements of small business
- BSBSMB404 Undertake small business planning
You can complete these units at any time of the day or night, at a time convenient to you. You do not have to miss work time by attending a class!
The course is online and all you need is a computer and internet access. We even provide a PDF of the learning content so that if you wish, you can also print the content.

Successful completion of this course will not only assist you to meet the requirements of the business knowledge and experience requirements to be granted a Contractor’s Licence but you will also be issued with a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of the BSB42618 Certificate IV in New Small Business.
