A virtual classroom is an online meeting room where you can meet your trainer or assessor to talk, share ideas, discuss course material and/or be assessed.
Sessions usually are booked in our virtual classroom using our online interactive booking calendar.
The virtual classroom has 3 purposes:
1. Virtual classroom assessment: At various times throughout your course you may be invited to participate in a virtual classroom assessment session with a trainer. This is when the assessment requires some interaction with the trainer/assessor e.g. a role play or discussion.
2. Mentoring session: This can be used if you would like personal assistance or coaching from your specific trainer.
3. RPL application: To apply for RPL you will need to book an RPL interview with your trainer after you are enrolled.
You can join a meeting from a Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone or Android device. It is free and safe to use. You will need a microphone and speakers or a headset to participate in the virtual classroom. We recommend a USB headset.
Sessions generally are 20-30 minutes in length. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book and attend.
